1. Health and Professional Disclaimer

1.1 Not Medical or Clinical Advice: Paige Trippin' (Paige Tripp) is a Regulated Coaching specialist and certified coach. We are NOT licensed medical doctors, therapists, psychiatrists, psychologists, or mental health professionals. Our services are educational, supportive, and intended to assist with self-regulation, emotional intelligence, and parenting strategies.

1.2 No Diagnosis or Treatment: Our methods, including the Emotional Fire Drills™ system, are not intended to diagnose, treat, cure, or prevent any medical or psychological condition. If you require medical, psychological, or psychiatric assistance, you must seek the services of a qualified healthcare professional. You should not discontinue any medication or medical treatment without consulting your licensed healthcare provider.

2. Intellectual Property and Use of Materials

2.1 Ownership: All content on this website, including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, images, the Emotional Fire Drills™ System (A.C.T., P.A.U.S.E., R.E.A.D.), the Steady Navigator metaphor, the Calm Anchor Collective™ name, and the Emotional Fire Drills™ Workbook/Ebook (collectively, the "Proprietary Materials"), are the intellectual property of Paige Tripp and are protected by copyright law.

2.2 Limited License for Digital Products: When you purchase the Emotional Fire Drills™ Workbook or any digital guide, you are granted a non-exclusive, non-transferable license for personal, individual use only. You may not reproduce, redistribute, sell, share, or create derivative works from these materials without express written permission from Paige Tripp.

2.3 Coaching Content: All materials provided during group coaching (Anchor Accelerator) or private coaching (VIP Anchor Build-Out) are proprietary and for the individual participant's use only. Sharing access, recordings, or printed materials with third parties is strictly prohibited.

3. Financial and Payment Terms

3.1 Coaching and Mentoring:

• Payment Schedule: Full payment or the first installment of any payment plan is required to secure your spot in a coaching or mentoring program.

• Refund Policy (Coaching): Due to the intensive nature and immediate delivery of proprietary content, all payments for the Anchor Accelerator, VIP Anchor Build-Out, and Calm Anchor Collective™ mentorship are generally non-refundable. Exceptions may be made at the sole discretion of Paige Tripp on a case-by-case basis.

• Payment Default: If a payment plan is selected and a payment defaults, access to the program, community, and all resources will be immediately suspended until the balance is paid in full.

3.2 Digital Products: All sales of digital products (e.g., Ebook, Assessments) are final and non-refundable, given the immediate nature of digital access.

3.3 Speaking/Consulting: Payment terms for keynote speaking, workshops, and school consulting will be outlined in a separate, mutually agreed-upon contract specific to that engagement.

4. Client Conduct and Community Rules

4.1 Respectful Communication: All participants in group programs (Anchor Accelerator, Calm Anchor Collective™) must maintain a respectful, supportive, and non-judgmental environment. Harassment, discrimination, or abusive behavior toward Paige Tripp or other members will result in immediate termination from the program without refund.

4.2 Confidentiality: You agree not to share personal information, discussions, or stories shared by other members in the group coaching programs outside of that private environment.

5. Website Use

5.1 Accuracy: While we strive to ensure the information on Paigetrippin.com is accurate, we do not warrant the completeness or accuracy of the material on the website.

5.2 Third-Party Links: Our website may contain links to third-party websites. These links are provided for your convenience only. We have no control over the content of these external sites and accept no responsibility for them or for any loss or damage that may arise from your use of them.

6. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of cook county Illinois, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.
